Deirdre M. Coyle, Jr.
Deirdre M. Coyle, Jr. is the co-founder and Managing Partner of AllWorld Network. Founded in 2007, AllWorld’s goal is to find and accelerate entrepreneurial innovation in the emerging world. Harvard Business School Professor Michael E. Porter is the chairman of AllWorld.
AllWorld Network has developed the Saudi Fast Growth 100, the Arabia Fast Growth 500 and recently launched the South Africa Fast Growth 100 and Africa Fast Growth 500.
Prior to starting AllWorld, Deirdre had worked at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), a national not-for-profit founded by Porter, from 1998-2008. As Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing and Communications she was responsible for developing and implementing the national, regional and local communications strategy for ICIC. She was the main spokesperson for ICIC and was constantly quoted in the media. In addition, Deirdre managed and developed ICIC’s flagship program, the Inner City 100, a joint project of ICIC and Inc. magazine to identify 100 fast-growing companies located in America’s core urban areas.
Deirdre also spent time in London in 2001-2005 working with the then Chancellor of the Exchequer, Gordon Brown, launching the UK Inner City 100, which is modeled on the US program. Since 2002, Ms. Coyle has also independently consulted with Porter on media relations and communications strategy.
Prior to joining ICIC, Ms. Coyle was a Director at Weber Shandwick, served as press secretary to the Treasurer of Massachusetts Joseph Malone and worked with The White House during the Bush/Quayle administration.;

Anne Habiby is one of the founders of the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), a non-profit launched in 1995 by Harvard Business School professor Michael Porter to expand the job and business base of distressed urban areas.
From 1996 to mid 2005, Anne led the organization as its Co-Executive Director, and collaborating closely with Michael Porter, pioneered strategies to advance the economic potential of inner cities. Professor Porter is AllWorld’s Chairman of the Advisory Board.
Anne is a visiting scholar at the Illinois Institute of Technology where her course “Strategic Competitiveness in the Next Economy” is a required course of MBA students.
An advisor to a number of government and corporate leaders, Anne is regularly quoted by the media. Prior to her work at ICIC, Anne was an investment banker in the Public Finance Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. specializing in finance for hospitals and universities. She holds degrees in economics from Barnard College of Columbia University, and the University of Cambridge.
