Yahia R. Samawi

Yahia R. Samawi is the Chief Executive Officer at Brascus S.A. Mr. Samawi possesses a broad range of experience unique in international trade, investment and Corporate Social responsibility. As an entrepreneur he has been a principal in several successful ventures.In addition to his role at Brascus S.A, Mr. Samawi also maintains an active role in corporate governance and public service.

Some of his accomplishments prior to founding Brascus S.A, include serving as managing director of SB Telecom S.A. ,where he was responsible for startup, management development, of a GSM operation and telecommunications investment in the CIS region, eventually overseeing a staff of over 850 people.  Mr. Samawi spoke at the 2010 AllWorld Summit at Harvard .  He is a member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organization), and the YAL (Young Arab Leaders). He serves as a board member of Sura Jordan , Jordan International Insurance Co, Lingo Arabia and Protech Energy.  He has also served on numerous philanthropic initiatives and organizations including as Chairman of the RCH Fund a private charity targeting hearing impaired children in MENA.
